This was originally a residential property that has been rezoned by the City of Poway as "Commercial Office" (CO). It is permitted by right (without the need for a conditional use permit) for medical office use. Suitable uses include medical, dental, chiropractic, optical, or related health services, etc. It is also suitable for professional administrative office use.
The existing structure is approximately 1856 square feet. It consists of 500 square feet of existing office space and 1350 square feet of the existing residence. Additionally, there are completed plans for a proposed 1000 sq. ft. office addition. The proposed structure is approximately 2800 sq. ft.
